Mony in Buildings & other Improvemts. on the sd.
Farme was Called in And it was Agreed by the Con [..]
with him That the sd. Thomas Hand< no role > should have a [..]
of the sd. Farme Granted to him for 13 Years from
Michas last At the sd. Old Rent of £21.11s.4d. P Ann
Tax free. In Consideracon of a Fine of £221: And
the like Rent and Covenants as Mrs Gladwin was to [..]
had the Same. And it was Pticularly declared & Ag [..]
That the Rents of this Farme which grew due since [..]
Gladwins Death to Michas last are not to belong to Mr. [..]
Hand, but are to be accompted for & Answered to ye Hospital
Mr. Bingham paid £99. downe to Mr Treasurer in par [..]
of the Fine, And promised to pay £122: the Remainder
thereof, on the 12th: of February next, And the Lease is [..]
to be ready for him.

Mr Finch & Mr Denn of Hackney attended with a
proposall for a Lease of a Feild over against the Bowling
Green House in Hackney to digg for Gravell; Ordered
That it be referred to Mr Trear, Mr Guy, Mr Brooksbank,
Sr. Danll. Dolins< no role > , Mr Lamb, & Mr Monck to view this Feild
and consider the proposall, and Report their Opinion.

Mr. Townley Attended in relation to Mr Nicholas Moores
Breaches of Covenant by plowing of Meadow & pasture land [..]
at Bewick : But he not being fully apprised of the Matter,
The further consideracon thereof is referred to the next
Committee

Ordered that there be Ten Stewards for the next
Generall Court, And that the persons whose names were
now Read over by Mr Trear, be Stewards for that Court
And that the names of the Stewards be printed upon
the Ticketts or Summons's to be Sent to the Governors
for that Court.

Mr President Agrees to have the next Generall
Court on Wensday the 23d Instant
