Sixty P Month hath been [..] increased to
Eighty P Month or upwards, whereby that sd Mr Janshall been allowd to [..] a Much
greater Quantity of physick [..]
[..] for the use of this
Hospitall then formerly, We are of Opinion that
an Allowance ought to be made him for the same
and that such Allowance should be rather by a
Gratuity then [..] Augmentacon of Sallary,
And we Recomed it to the Generall Court, that
the Gratuity should be One hundred pounds
which we think to be a Reasonable Satisfaccon
for his Extraordinary Charge from the beginning
of the sd Increase of patients to this time.

Tis Referred to Mr: Mount to Sett out Two
Oake Trees not exceeding together forty foot [..]
growing in the [..] walls of the Demesnes of
Combe grove & Fanscombe in Rent, for the use of
the Parishonrs: of Crondalls in which parish some
part of the sd Demesnes lye towards Repairing
the Steeple of the parish Church of Crondall
which was lately Blowne downe.

Mr. Trear accquainting this Comittee that he
intended to Reside in the House built for the Trears
of this Hospital, And there being no Conveniency
for a Coach or Horses belonging to the sd House
Tis Ordered that a Coach House & stable be
forthwith Built on the peice of Ground lyeing
neare the Hosptl. Braw house intended for a
Garden; and the Doeing thereof ye left to Mr.
Trear Care.
