The Orders and proceedings of last General
Court were read & Approved
The President Acquainted this Court that
the Grand Committee had upon information of the
badness and inconvenience of Several buildings
part of this Hospital caused the same to be viewd
and prepared a Report concerning the same
Which report was read and & is as [..]
[..] Follows Viz.
To the Right Worshipfull
Etc
Which Report and all matters and
things contained therein were approved and
allowed and the same was Order'd to be Entred
in the Reportery of the Proceedings of this
Court And as to the Pullings down the Old Buil-
-dings
and Erecting such New Buildings as are
mentioned in the said Report This Court
doth refer the doing thereof to the said Grand
Committee at such time and in such manner
as they shall think proper and advisable
The President Reported that a Treaty
for an Estate of Mr Geo: Soctts< no role >
was determined
for want of a Good Title and that the Grand
Committee had lately agreed to purchase
a Tarme of £160 P Annu at Pinner in
Middx at 26 Years Purchase
