Wm. Horseman< no role > Citizen & Wine Cooper of London
have a Lease of the Tenement at Chesthunt
in the house of Jno. Minshall< no role > for 21. yeares from
Lady day 1702 rent 40s. & for a fine of
£10. to be paid in hand.

Mr Weaver the Baker for giving light bread to be
paid of & no more inplored but the Baker
in the Parish to Serves for the time to consr.

And yt. Wm. Richardson< no role > present tenant of an house
in Leaden hall Streele over against the Pump by Lime Steale
and have a new Lease of the same for the terme of 14.
yeares. & 3.qs from Midsumer 1701. when the old
Lease expires of the old rent of £4. & for a fine of £80.
to be pd. in hand, Note the Coiled lett butt 14. yrs. 3 qrs.
