The Trer Mr. Thomas Mr. Cartwright agreed that the Sum of
£15. be paid to Stephen Harris< no role > in full for his terme & estate of
6. yeares in an old house in St. Tho: parish Southwarke
intended to be demised to Geo: Davison< no role > with other adjoyning
houses in order to be new built, And that the Sum of
7.5.10. disbursed for getting another house in the parish
for the said Stephen Harris< no role > ; and to recover possession & other
expences be paid in Mr. Trers account.

Mr. Taylor discoursed the Comittee about purchasing to him
his houses for the residne of the [..] termes of Sendall houses
Formerly called Cooks rents in St. Tho: parish but
deferred the further consideracon till Monday next &
in the meane time he to get the ground measured

Corbin

Mr. Corbm to have a Lease of Sendall old houses in
Blackmanstr for the terme of 5s. ye. from expiracon of the
old Lease at the old rent & for a five of £220. to
he pd. in a moneths time & to lay out £800 in building
