The Treasurer desires are 4 [..] Receipt of year letter of
Yesterday dath are reason an order Burleys Etc for £360 which well be
placed to your [..] He observes what you recommend respects the Parndon
Tenants & well prepared to discuss those Matters well you when you meet,
but as he has agreed mary Engagements for same term to came, he worker you so
[..] Survey the reading well your Report of that farm at lively, them
fix a [..] will term, as which you may byeng forwards every Thing that as
[..] pe for Consideration.

In Reply to your favour of the 20 [..] I have to regnes that the proposal
or behalf of Mr. Bethell for execratory Bewick fram payment of Tythe
is net such as can be acceded to, as fors The [..] are more desirable than
getting red of such a perpetual Source of Cantertean. As the Ne [..] as
stall open, I by re recommend your [..] ry Mr. Jackson an the Subject, &
underwriting to came to same seat of Treaty for purchasing the whole of
the Tythe, which certainly would be more desirable there doing at [..] a
partial way; d of her possession should be such as you thick reasonable,
I will then gave the subject any immediate Attention, as it is my canner
desire to have the Estates fo the proposal as free farm every [..]
In cumbrance as possible. Mr. Cromwell has the Particular relative to
the principal Tenants; [..] not appeard desirable that the Collages should,
have any Term granted them as are should keep our Au [..] over them
[..] thoart what they would be a Nuisance to the Estate: But near of the when
we meet, wheat I hope will be or Tibshelf before the Summon as over.

I have laid your letter of the 7th. which I did not receive till Yesterday
before the Treasurer this Morning, & as your report that about from had
of oath Timber will be wanted for new Laying Mr Back's [..]
What 10 oak may be when [..] for that purpose without much
pre [..] to the Estate, he directs me to request that you will mark
what a fat, and order to be filled, & to be carefully presents a
Rate of Preparation for the intended Purpose, that when the old floor
is taken up, such of the plants, as are sound may be applied to any
other floor that may strand in need of Occupation.

I much report Mrs Parker's purchasing in her Claim of right to
the [..] y as cap [..] Letter of the 10 Inst. Mr. Cromwell is new
with me, and sa [..] he has not receive an Answer to that Letter he will
to Sir Roger Newdigates So to [..] (Messrs. Mabuly & Daniell) in Consequence
of every given Solicitor, but proposes calling upon them this Afternoon
