Sir

I wrote to you the 10 Inst & by the following Post year letter of
the 8 was received arreas the To be half Michmas Account & miles [..]
two bills Value five hundred & ten pounds 7/. which will be duly
placed to your credit. I have examined the Account & find it right
best by the favour of you as some Appredimity to trarremet Voucher
for rebuilding the Collages. Referring you to the Treasurer as same
future Copper ternity

I am glad to find by you Letter of the 26 Alt. that our well &
Shore have not sustained and more damage during the late tremendo us
Weather, & have to Church you for your ready Attention to the business of
the Sluice, wheat I hope is by the time repaired. Mr Kittlewell of dartford
mean pay the expence of Repairs, & as you can communicate with him
with much I nunsencence I shall be glad you well do me the favour of
all lay the business will him. Responsibility must attack on the Owner of
the Barge, but you are aware we want nothing shore than Justin on a
libiral plan

Bring demous of assistaincy the actual Expence you have
increased in repairing your House, I by the fursen of you getting
the Tradesman bills collected & forwarded to me as this place without
top of time

Sir

I have received your letter of the 1st. Inst me long a bill if the
Canterbury Park on Stephenson etc (dear the 26 bear) for £75
for half a year rent of Hastingleigh Coombe farm to Meets. last for
which I have enclosed the Necess.

With Respect to the fall of Timber, the Treasurer desires, as he
understand Timber is sitting in commonly will, that you will
dispose of all such as is not in an crussing State but be wishes you
would always give have a preserve in Report of the supposed quantity
Soals deceased Price of suit Timber as you think is fit to come
dream. He by no Mean acquances in the delay if Payment by
the Purchases if last years Fall, what he desires you will get settled
as soon as possible & as there Chapmen will not & punitual in the
Payment in further, he would have you dispose if the Timber to
other Purchases. The heavy Expenditure if the Hospital requaired
that als Income be collected & remitted with the about Pinchable
