The Grd Comee of the 24th inst. Pess'd an Order that
yo. Shd. have Notice to meet Mr Morse at Helious Bumpstead to
take an Accot. of what Timber is necessary to be taken down &
sold and to get the best Information of Damages done by the
Occupier in order to which Mr. Morse proposes to be at
Safron Walden, in his way thither, on Wednesday the 8th Sepr. accot
where he desires to meet yo. in the Evening at the Rose [..]
your Answer by the return of the Post will oblige Sr. Etc

The Grand Commee of Governor of this Hospital
at the request of yr. Client Simon Smith< no role > and to serve him as far
as they can have agreed to destrein the Stock of his Brother
Samuel Smith< no role > on yr. Client's signing a proper Indeminty for
their so doingI think this Step is complying with a hat you
desire in yr. Letter of the 17th of July last to Mr Wright wherein you
"intrest the Favour and Concurrence of the Gentlemen concerned
"to aid Simon Smith< no role > through this trouble son Affair by taking
"the necessary Steps for securing what there is on the Premises &
"towards his Indemnity and getting rid of the present Occupier"
If the making this Distress shod. not induce him to quit the premises
you know there's no Remedy to turn him out but by an Ejectment wch
can't to brought before the Essein day of Hilary Terms

Mr Wright our Receive propose is to be at Walden next Wednesday
in order to make the Distress After which the proper Steps to be
taken must be left to the Care of some Person on the Spot And it
will before the Interest of yr. Client to have that done in the least
expensive Manner

As the Commee are now acting merely to serve
