To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Dunstan in the West in the City of London

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Warrant or order under
the Hands and seals of N Conant and John Scott< no role >
Esquires Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex (One whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the Ninth day of September 1799
John Gravett< no role > was removes and conveyed from and out
of the Parish of St Marylebone in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish of St. Dunstan in the West in the City
of London

That your Petitions conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the sd. Warrant or order Do humbly appeal against
th same and pray this Court that the Benefit of the
S. Appeal be saved unto them until the next General
Session of the Peace to be holden for the sd. County of
Middlesex and that they and all persons concerned may
then attend to hear and abide the judgm and
determination of this Court touching the sd. appeal

And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc
