To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace for the said County
assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Anne within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order under the
Hands and Seals of Jas: Stratten< no role > , and William Brodie< no role > ,
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quarum)
bearing date the 26th: day of November last

Amey Goodeve< no role > and five Children her lawful Issue
to wit, Thomas< no role > aged Eight Years, Charles< no role > aged seven
Years Mary< no role > aged six Years, Charlotte< no role > aged one Year, and
seven Months, and one Child (not yet baptized) aged one
Month were removed and Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint John at Hackney in the said County of
Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Anne as the place of
their last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said
two
