That by virtue of an Order of Removal or Pays Warrant in
under the Stands and seals of

two of this Majesty's Justice of the Peace in and for the
Country of Middlesex
(One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the nineteenth day of August One thousand seven hundred and ninety
nine
Sarah Westgarth< no role >
was removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Ealing
in the County of Middlesex
and delivered so your
Petitioners being the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Gregory Old Fish Street London (the said Justices
adjudging that the Careful Settlement of the said Sarah Westgarth was
in the said Parish of Saint Gregory old Fish Street London by which
said Order of Removal or Pass Warrent your Petitioners apprehend
themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal against the
said Order of Removal or Pass Warrent and pray
such relief in the Premises as to your Worships shall
seem meet And that the Benefit of this their Appeal
may be saved unto them and that the Hearing
and Determination thereof away ne adjourned untill
the next General Quarter session of the Peace to be
holder for the said County.
