39th. year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Third by the Grace of God King of Great Britain

It is Ordered that the Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. James West .in the said County of Middlesex
and all Persons concerned do upon Notice of this Appeal to be
given to them Attend their Court on Thursday the 12th day of
September Inst. at the hour of 9 o Clock in the forenoon to hear
& abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal
