To the Worhipful his Majesty's justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex at
their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church-warders and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of West Ham
in the County of Essex

Sheweth


That by virture of an Order under the hands and
Seals of John Staples< no role > and George Story< no role > Esquires two f his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in and for the County
of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
Eighteenth day of June one thousand seven hundred and
Ninety nine Ann Peacock< no role > Window was on the Nineteenth
Day of the said Month of June removed from the Parish
of Saint John Wapping in the Country of Middlesex unto the
said Parish of West Ham in the Country of Essex as the place
of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order Appeal to this
Honorable Court against the same and
humbly Pray Your Worships to Appoint
a Day hear and Determine the same
and your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc

At the General Session of the peace of our Lord the King
holden in and for the County of Middlesex at the Session house
for the said Country on Monday the Ninth Day of September
one thousand and seven hundred and ninty nine.

It is Ordered that the Church wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint John Wrapping have Notice of this
Appeal and that they and all parties Concerned as Attend this
Court on Thursday next at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon
on the matters of this Petition and Appeal to hear and abide
the Judgement and Determination of the said Court touching
the said Appeal
