Honorable Court against the same and
humbly Pray Your Worships to Appoint
a Day hear and Determine the same
and your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc

It is Ordered that the Church wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint John Wrapping
have Notice of this
Appeal and that they and all parties Concerned as Attend this
Court on Thursday next at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon
on the matters of this Petition and Appeal to hear and abide
the Judgement and Determination of the said Court touching
the said Appeal
