Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell
in the
said County.
Sheweth
That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of

Esquires two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace
in and for the said County (one Whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 22d day
of June 1799

was removed &
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of
Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
to the
Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell
in the
said County as the place of her last legal Settlement
whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore Humbly
appeal against the Adjudication
of the said two Justices and their said
Order and Pray that your Worships
will be pleased to appoint a Day in
present Session for the Hearing and
Determining the said Appeal.
