To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex in General Quarter
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Allhallows Staining in the City of
London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of W Bleamire and W Kennard Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the County of
Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Fifteenth day of June in the Year of our Lord one Thousand
seven hundred and ninety nine Edward Morris< no role > was
removed and conveyed from and out of that Part of the parish
of Saint Saint Andrew Holborn which lies above the Bars
in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Allhallows
Staining as the place of his last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
thereby and humbly Appeal against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that the
benefit of the said Appeal may be saved unto
them And that the bearing and determination
thereof may be adjourned until the next
General Session of the Peace to be holden in
and for the said County
