To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex in General Quarter Session of the peace for the said County assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint Martin
in the Fields within the Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of Stephen Cosser< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and Joseph Moser< no role > Esquires Two of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace acting in and for the City and Liberty
of Westminster (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
10th. day of December 1798. Sarah Wiggins< no role > . Wife of John Wiggins< no role >
and her three Children Vizt. Elizabeth < no role > born 6th. July 1790. John < no role > born
15th. May 1795. and Sarah < no role > born 18th. December 1798. were removed
and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Margaret in
the City and Liberty of Westminster to the said Parish of Saint
Martin in the Fields as the place of their last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Yours Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said Two
Justices and their said Order and pray that your
Worships will be pleased to appoint a Day
to hear and determine the said Appeal.

And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
