To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in General Session of the Peace for the said County assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of All hallows London Wall in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of G Goodenough and J Hunter Esquires two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 9th: day of November 1798
Martha Daniells< no role > by the Name of Mary Daniels< no role > aged about 28 Years
Singlewoman removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish
of St: Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex and Liberty of
Westminster to the said Parish of Allhallows London Wall the said
Justices adjudging the place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Martha by the name of Mary to be in the said Parish of Allhallows
London Wall whereby your Petitioner conceive themselves to be
aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication of the said two Justices
and their said Order and Pray that the benefit of this their
Appeal may be saved unto them and that the hearing and
determination thereof may be adjourned until the next General
Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County.

And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
