Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Enfield
in the said County
of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Blackmore
in the said County

as the place of their last legal Settlement whereby

Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to this
Court against the adjudication of the said two
Justices and their said Order, and pray the said
Appeal may be saved unto them and that your
worships will be pleased to appoint a day to here
and determine the same-
And your Petitioners will ever pray.
