MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex ,
at the Session House for the said County (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Sixth Day of December in
the Thirty ninth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, &c.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an appear
of Isaac Gingell< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. against a Conviction mide on the Twentieth day of October
last past by and Before Thomas Cranley Kerby< no role > Esquire one of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex for having on the first day of
October last maintained kept and played for his our Lucre and Gain at a
certain unlawful Game under the denomination of the Game of Faro and
adjudged to pay the Penalty of Two Hundred Pounds; Do stand Adjourned
until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this County
and on notice here in the mean time to be given unto the said Cranley
Thomas Kerby Esquire he and all persons concerned do attend the Court at the
Session House aforesaid on Thursday the Tenth day of January next at the hour
of nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and avide the judgment and
determination of the said Court touching the said appeal
