Oath & Saith that Timothy Kehoe< no role >
, now a Patient in the
London Hospital
White Chapel Road
, where he has
been from the third day of December last past up to
the Present time, in Consequence of a Practice in the
Seal & other ill Treatment which he reced from the
several Defendants before mentioned is a Material
Witness for the Prosecutior in this Cause & without
Whose Testimony he cannot with propriety Proceed
to Trialand this Deponent on his Oath saith
that he has been this thirteenth day of February
at the London Hospital
aforesaid & that he has been
informed by the Surgeon Assistant & the Nurse of
the Hospital aforesd. that it would be endangering
the Life of Timothy Kehoe< no role >
aforesd. to remove him
from the Hospital in his present that of Health
which this Deponent believes to be true; but that
there is every Reason to believe that Time they Kehoe
aforesaid will be well enough to appear in Court
& give Evidence at the next Session
