The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Dunstan
in the West
in the City of London

That by virtue of an Order under the hands and Seals

bearing date the 25th day of March 1797.

Woman
was removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of St. Marylebone
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of St. Dunstan in the West
as the Place
of her last legal settlement and your Petitioners were required
to provide for her according to Law whereby your Petitioners
conceived themselves aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore Appeal against the
said Order and humbly pray relief in the Premises
and that your Worships will be pleased to appoint
some day in this present Session for the hearing
and determining this their Appeal
And your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc
