That by virtue of a Pass warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals

aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty
eigtith day of February one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven

was removed and conveyed from and out of
the Parish of Christchurch
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said
Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel
at the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said

whereby your Petitioner conceive
themselves to be aggrieved
Your Petitioner therefore humbly beg Leave
to appeal from the said Order and pray that
their said Appeal may be saved unto them and
that the heaving and determining thereof may be
adjourned until the next General Session of the
Peace to be field for the said County and that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Christchurch
Middlesex
and
all others concerned may be then ordered to
attend And that your Petitioners may have [..] eat
Relief therein as to the Court shall seem meet
