general Session assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwarden & Overseer
of the Poor of the Parish of Lewisham in the County
of Kent .

Sheweth

That by a certain order of Removal or pass Warrant
bearing date the 22d day of September now last past under
the Hands and Seals of Paul Pechel< no role > Esqr & W. Heckford Esqr two
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the said County
of Middlesex one whereof being of the Quorum Mary Russell< no role >
the Widow of William Russel< no role > late of the Hamlet of Sydenham
in the Parish of Lewisham in the said County of Kent deced
was Removed from and out of the Parish of Twickenham in
the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Lewisham in
the said County of Kent as the Place of her legal Settlement whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved and appeal therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray your Worships that a Day may
be appointed for the Hearing and
determining of their said Appeal and
that your Worship will make Order
therein as to Justice appertains

And your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc.
