Sheweth
That by an Order under the hands and Seals of Sir

(one of which being of the
quorum) bearing Date the twenty fourth day of October one thousand
seven hundred and ninety five

and conveyed from the Parish of Staines
in the said County of
Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Michael
in the said Borough
of Saint Alban
as the lawful Settlement of the said Ann Spriggs
and her said three Children Whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved and against the said Order to Appeal
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that
a Day may be appointed in the present Session
to hear and determine the Matter touching
the said Appeal
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
