Parish of Greenford in the County of Middlesex
and to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Dunstan's in the [..] West in the City of
London in the County of Middlesex and to each and every of them

UPON the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Greenford aforesaid, in the said
County of Middlesex unto us whose Names are hereunto set,
and Seals affixed, being two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace, in and
for the said County of Middlesex and one of us of the Quorum,
that
Ann Darling< no role > Singlewoman
has [..] come to inhabit in the said Parish of
Greenford not having gained a legal Settlement there, nor
produced any Certificate owning her to be settled elsewhere; and that
the said
Ann Darling< no role > being unmarried and with
Child is [..] become chargeable to the Parish of
Greenford aforesaid WE, the said Justices, upon due Proof
made hereof as well upon the Examination of the said
Ann Darling< no role >
upon Oath, as otherwise, and likewise upon the
Consideration had upon the Premises, do adjudge the same to be true;
and we do likewise adjudge that the lawful Settlement of her the said
Ann Darling< no role >
is in the said Parish of Saint Dunstans in the West in
the City of London in the said County of Middlesex WE do therefore, require
you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Greenford or some or one of you, to convey the said
Ann Darling< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of Greenford
to the said Parish of St Duntans in the West and [..] her to deliver to the
Church-wardens and overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of
them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof. And we do
also require you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Dunstans in the West to receive and provide
for [..] her [..] as Inhabitant of your Parish.

Given under our Hands, and Seals, the Thirteenth Day of
August in the Year of our Lord, One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Ninety -five
