The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Paul Shadwell

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a
Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals
of Wm. Blackmore< no role > and Herbert Mayo< no role >
Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the said County (one
being of the Quorum) bearing date the
13th day of March last Mary Thompson< no role >
the Wife of John Thompson< no role > and their two
Children namely Elizabeth< no role > Aged 15 Months
or thereabouts and William< no role > aged 6 Months
were removed from the Parish of Saint George
in the County of Middlesex in the county aforesaid
as the place of their last legal
Settlement

That your Petitioners Conceive
themselves aggrieved by the said Warrant or
Order and humbly Appeal against the
same

And your Petitioners pray Etc
