the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of

two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the Thirteenth Day of August one thousand
seven hundred and Ninety five

was Removed and Conveyed from and out
of the Parish of Greenford
in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West
in the
City of London
as the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the said

and your Petitioners were
required to provide for her according to Law whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore Appeal against
the said Order and humbly Pray Relief in the
Premises and that your Worships will be
Pleased to Appoint some Day this present
Session for the Hearing and determining
this their Appeal
And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
