Chapel Wardens and Overseers of the
poor of the precinct Norwood
in the parish of Hayes in the
County of Middlesex

The Humble Petition of Richard Barnard
Fisher Esquire Appellant

Sheweth


That being aggrieved in a certain Rate
or Assessment made and published in the Month of June Pursant for the Relief of the
poor of the said precinct of Norwood in the psh of Hayes on Account
of the Inequality of the said Rate he the
said Appellant being overrated in the said
Rate and one James whiteley< no role > Yeoman in the said
Rate or assessment named being underrated
in the said rate He the said Appellant
humbly entreats that he may be
Permitted to lodge his appeal Against
the said Rate on Assessment and that
the same may be duly examined and
enquired into And such Relief given
as to the Justices at their present Session
Assembled Shall seem meet

And Your Petitioner
Shall ever pray Etc
