two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County of Middlesex at a special Sessions held
at the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the
Tower Division in the said County of the eleventh
day of June One One Thousand Seven
Hundred and Ninety five Do hereby Certify
that upon our view of a certain part of the Footway
in Charles's Square Hoxton in the Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch in the Tower Division in the
County aforesaid lying between the North west Corner
of the said Square called Charles's Square and the
South East Corner of the said Square for the length
of fifty seven feetYardsor
thereabouts and particularly described in the
plan hereunto Annexed diverted and turned through
the Land lying on the West and South Sides of the
said Square belonging to the Owners and
Proprietors of the Houses situate in the said Square
of the length of Seventy nine feet Yards
or thereabouts and of the breadth of five
feet or thereabouts
particularly described in the plan thereunto
annexed We do certify that the said new Foot
way set out and appropriated in lieu of the said
old Foot way hath been compleated and is Now
put into good Condition and Repair Given
under our Hands and Seals this eleventh
day of JuneOne Thousand seven Hundred and
Ninety five
