IT IS ORDERED, That the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal between
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint James within the
Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
Appellants and the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Marylebone
in
the said County Respondents touching the settlement of Sarah Whitehead< no role >
Widow
and her two Children Uriah< no role >
and James< no role >
which stood duly
adjourned until this day Do at the request of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of Saint James Westminster
stand
further adjourned
until the next GeneralSession of the Peace to be holden for this County;
and on notice hereof in the meantime to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Marylebone
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid, on
Thursday the Seventeenth Day of September next, at the Hour of Nine in the
Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal
