Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of

in and for the County of Middlesex
(One whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 10th. Day of June 1795

about Seven Years was removed and conveyed from and out of the Liberty
of the Rolls
in the County aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Martin in
the Fields
as the place of her last legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be Aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication of the said Two
Justices and their said Order and pray that your
Worships will be pleased to appoint a Day to hear and
determine the said Appeal
And your Petitioners will pray etc.
