in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman
the Prosecutor above named Maketh Oath and Saith that in
Consequence of an Assault having been Committed on him by the abovenamed
Defendants he caused them to be apprehended and taken before the Magistrates
Sitting at the Public Office in Marlborough Street who bound the said
Defendants over to appear at the then next Session of the Peace to be held
in and for the County of Middlesex
and did likewise bind this Deponent.
over to prosecute the said Defendants And this Deponent further saith
that at the last Session he preferred a Bill of Indictment to the Grand
Jury against the said Defendants for the said Assault which said
Bill the Jury returned a true one since which time this Deponent has
agreed to take of the said Defendants a small Compensation for his
loss of time and trouble and has executed to the said Defendants a
General ReleaseDeponent therefore humbly hopes the Court will
order his recognizance to be discharged
