Gentleman maketh oath and Saith that he was present and
did see Edward pugh< no role > the prosecutor duly sign seal and
as his cut and Deed deliver the Release or Instrument in
Writing hereunto annexed and that the name Edwd. Pugh< no role >
set and Subscribed at the foot of the said Release or Instrument
in Writing is of the proper hand Writing of the said Edward
