To the Worshipful This Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex assembled at the
General Quarter Sessions of the Pease for the said County
on Clerkenwell Green

The Humble Petition and Appeal of John
Murray
< no role > of East Smithfield Pawn broker

Sheweth


That your Petitioner was on is about the fourth
day of March last convicted in the Penalty of Five Pounds
by the Rev Henry Reynett< no role > me of the Justices of
the Peace in and for the said County upon an Information
charging that your Petitioner did on the twenty eighth
day of February last take and receive of one Solemon
aaronmore Money by way of Profit upon a
certain Pawn or Pledge than by the Stampt allowed
Contrary to the Statute Etc.

That your Petitioner conceives himself aggrieved
by such correction and is advised to appeal against the
same

Your Petitioner therefore humbly
Prays your Worships will be Pleased
to Permit him to unter his Appeal so
that the same May be heard at this
present General Quarter Sessions of
the Peace in and for the said County
and that your worships will appoint
a day for hearing and determining the
same

And your Petitioner shall
ever Pray Etc.
