day of March 1795 or before such other of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City Liberty
and County as should be then and there sitting to answer
to the Matter of the said Complaint and Information doth
appear according this day before us Nathaniel Conant< no role >
and John Scott< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace in and for the said City Liberty and County
residing near the Place whence the said Goods and
Chattels were removed as aforesaid not being
interested in the Lands or Tenements whence the
said goods and Chattels were removed as aforsaid
And being duly charged before Us with having
willfully and knowing aided and assisted the
said John Peach< no role > in so frandulently and clandestinely
removing and conveying away part of the said
Goods and Chattels so removed as aforesaid not exceeding
the Value of Fifty Pounds namely Five Horses of
the Value of Forty Pounds and in concealing the same
And we the said last mentioned Justices having
then and therein the presence of the said Richard
Troy
< no role > examined the fact and all proper Witnesses
upon Oath and it appearing and being fully
proved before us the said Justices that the
said Richard Troy< no role > will fully and knowingly
aided and assisted the said John Peach< no role > in so
removing and conveying away part of the said
Goods and Chattels of the said John Peach< no role > so
removed as aforesaid not exceeding the Value
of Fifty Pounds namely Five Horses of
the Value of Forty Pounds and in concealing
the same. We the said Nathaniel Conant< no role >
