Peter Duchemin< no role > of Long Acre in the County of
Middlesex Carryer and Gilder Maketh Oath and Saith That he
this Deponent was Indicted by the above named

At the last Session for an Assault That he appeared
at such Session Pleaded to the Indictment and put in Bail
to try his Traverse at this Present Session which it was his
Intention to have done but owing to the Ignorance of this
Deponent in the Proceedings of this honourable Court and
of Matters of this Sort he Neglected to make Application
to an Attorney to have Notice of Trial Served in due
time and therefore this Deponent Prays that his
Recognizances may stand respited until next Session
