you and in consideration of the sum of One Pound and one shilling to me
in hand paid at or immediately before the sealing and delivery the presents
the receipt Whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for divers good causes and
Considerations me hereunto moving have
Remised Released and for ever quitted claim And by these presents Do
Remise Release and for ever quit claim unto George Horst< no role > late of the Parish
of Christ Church in the County of Middlesex Yeoman his
Heirs Executors and Administrators All and all manner of Action and
Actions, Cause and Causes of Action, Suits Bills, Bonds, Writings Obligatory,
Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Reckonings, Sum and Sums of Money
Judgments, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Controversies, Trespasses, Damages,
Claimes and Demands whatsoever, both in Law and Equity or otherwise
however, which against the said George Horst< no role > I
ever had, and which I myHeirs Executors or
Administrators, shall or may hereafter have claim challenge or demand
for or by reason or means of any Matter, Cause, or Thing whatsoever, from
the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these Presents. In
