To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the said
County assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal
of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Paris of Soberton in
the County of Southampton

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or Pass
Warrant under the Hands and Seals of Samuel
Glase
< no role > and William Heckford< no role > Esquire two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the 6th day of May 1794 Sarah Oliver< no role > Widow
and her two Children were removed and conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Twickenham in the said
County of Middlesex to the Parish of Soberton aforesaid
as the Place of their last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
that the Benefit of their said Appeal may
be reserved to them And that a day may
be appointed in the present General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the
said County of Middlesex for the hearing
and determining the said Appeal And
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Twickenham
be required to attend to hear and abide the Judgment
and determination of the Court touching
the said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
