To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the peace
in and for the County of Middlesex in General Quarter
Session of the peace for the said County Assembled

The Humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate in the City of London

Sheweth


That by virtue of a certain Outer or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of Danl. Williams< no role > and John Horton< no role > Esquire Two of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace acting in and for the Liberty of his Majesties Tower of
London in the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the second day of July One thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety
four Elizabeth Mackglashan< no role > Singlewoman was removed and conveyed
from and out of the Old Artillery Ground in the said Liberty to the said
Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate in the City of London by the
description of Saint Botolph Bishopgate in the City of London as the place
of the last legal settlement of the said Elizabeth Mackglashan< no role > Whereby your
Petitioners apprehend themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal against
the said Order or Pass Warrant and pray That the
benefit of their said Appeal may be saved unto them
and that the hearing and determination thereof may
be adjourned until the next General Session of the Peace
to be holden in and for the said County.
