An Assault

Joseph Blew< no role > of the Feathers in Holborn in the
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the County
of Middlesex maketh oath and Saith that a Bill
of Indictment was in June Session last preferred
and found against him for Assaulting the above
prosecutordefendantand this deponent through ignorance
not knowing the necessary fo [..] of the Sessions hath
neglected to enter his Venire in due time-and to
put himself upon his Trial and this deponent
further upon his Oath saith that he did not
protract-his Trial-this Session for the means
of cluding public Justice but thro his Ignorance
aforesaid
