The King agst. Thomas Brown< no role >
for perjury

Samuel Rogers< no role > of Lincolns Inn in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman maketh Oath that he this Deponent did on Wednesday
last go to the House of William Oxlade< no role > the Prosecutor of the
Indictment in this Cause at Hackney Road in the County of
Middlesex in order to Serve him with a Notice Singed by the
Defendant for the Tryal of his Traverse to the Indictment in this
Cause and this Deponent saw there a person who informed this
Deponent she was the Wife of the said William Oxlade< no role > and which
this Deponent verily believes true and she also informed this Deponent
that the said Williams Oxlade< no role > had been in the County on Business
for some days then past and would not return to Town until
Saturday or Sunday but where he was gone to she did not inform this
Deponent

14th. day of July 1794
