We the under written the Minister Churchwardens
Overseers of the Poor and Inhabitants of the Parish of Saint
Mary White Chapel in the County of Middlesex Beg leave
to recommend Samuel Special< no role > of Dinking Pond Lane
in the said Parish and County as a proper person to be
Intrusted with a Licence to Slaughter unserviceable Horses
and other Cattle pursuant to the statute in that case made
adn provided

And we do hereby Certify that the said
