MIDDLESEX


AT the General quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, ()
on Monday the Ninth Day of January in the
Thirty Second Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearingthe matter of an
Appeal made by several Inhabitants owners and Occupiers of Lands Tenements
and Hereditaments within the Parish of Saint George in the said County of Middlesex
who were assessed to and have paid the poors Rates of the said Parish for the Year
exciting at or about Easter which was in the year of our Lord 1790, on behalf of
themselves and other Inhabiants of the said Parish against the accounts of High weight an House holder and Inhabit and of the said Parish who served the Office of an
Overseer of the poor of the said Parish for the year ending at or about Easter 1790
aforesaid which stood duly adjourned until this Session be and the same is
(at the request and by and with the consent of the said Parties their [..]
and Solicitors) hereby referred to John Morgan< no role > of the Inner Temple London Esqr
to examine the Evidences on behalf of the Appellants and Respondents
and that he do report, the same and his Opinion upo the merits of the said appeal to the
next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this County, and it is
also Ordered by and with the consent of the said parties that the said appeal
do stand further adjourned until the said next General quarter Session of the peace
to be holden for this County, and that all parties concerned do attend the Court
at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the twenty ninth day of March
next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
judgement and determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
