in the said County Victualler Hath at this
present Session Exhibited his Petition and appeal setting forth That by a certain
conviction under the Hands and Seals of Charles Triquet< no role >
and Joseph Faikney< no role >

two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County bearing date the 29th. day of
December last he was Convicted before the said Justices for knowingly suffering
gaming with cards by Journeymen Labourers and others in his House whereby he
had for feited the sum of Forty shillings, by which the Petitioner conceived himself
aggrieved Now upon hearing the said appeal and what hath been alledged by the
respective Parties in and concerning the Premises It is Ordered that the said
conviction be and the same is hereby quashed.
