AT the General QuarterSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursdaythe TwelfthDay of Januaryin the
Thirty secondYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

A Bill of Alexander Fenwick< no role > Gent Governor of the House of
Correction at Tothill fields in this County for Monies paid by him for the
subsistence of Poor Prisoners in his Custody from the 22d. day of October
last to the 7th. day of January Instant amounting to the Sum of Twenty
three Pounds Seventeen Shillings and Eleven pence and also Another
Bill of the said Alexander Fenwick< no role > for money paid by him for sundry
matters amounting to the Sum of Eleven Pounds Seven Shillings and
Nine Pence making together the Sum of Thirty five pounds five
Shillings and Eight pence being laid before this Court for Payment
and it appearing by a certificate under the hands of two of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster that they
had caused the same to be Examined and that he had made Oath
before them that the Charges therein were just and true It is Ordered
that Mr. Joseph Burchell< no role > the County Treasurer do pay unto the said
Alexander Fenwick< no role > Cant of the County Rate the said Sum of Thirty
five pounds five Shillings and Eight pence and that the Receipt of the
said Alexander Fenwick< no role > together with this Order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment.
