of the Sum of thirty five pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to
him in hand paid by the said Richard Graves< no role > the Receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged And also in consideration of the faithful
services of him he said William Mutter< no role > during has said term of
Seven years Doth covenant promise and agree to and with the said
Richard Graves< no role > his Heirs Executors Administrators and to and with the
said William Mutter severally and respectively to teach and instruct
or cause to be taught and instructed him use said William Mutter
in the Business Trade or Manufactory of Leather or other Breeches
and Waistcoat Maker which he the said Thomas Lingham< no role > now use [..]
and in even branch and particular of the said Business to the
best of his skill and ability And that he the said
Thomas Lingham< no role > shall and will also during the said term
of seven years of the said William Mutter shall so long
continue in his service find provide and allow for him the
said William Mutter good and Sufficient Lodging Meat Drink
Cloathing and Washing of every sort King and description and
shall and will also in case the said William Mutter shall
be afflicted at any time during the said term with sickness
find and provide for the said William Mutter Medicines
Nurses and other Matters and things requisite and necessary
in such Cases And in Consideration thereof he the said
Richard Graves< no role > doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and
Administrators covenant promise undertake and agree to and
with the said Thomas Lingham< no role > that in Consideration of him the
said Thomas Lingham< no role > finding providing and allowing the said
William Mutter good and sufficient Lodging Meat Drink
Cloathing and Washing Medicines and other Matters and
things in Sickness and healths as aforesaid he the said Richard
Graves
< no role > his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall and will well
and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Thomas Lingham< no role >
the yearly sum of ten pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain
on the twenty fifth day of March in each and every Year during
the Said term the first payment to be made on the twenty
