Ann< no role > the wife of John Swift< no role > of Spa Fields in the Parish
of Saint James Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex
Carpenter maketh Oath and Saith that she was Indicted at
the last Session of the peace held for this County, for an Assault
upon the said Hannah Switzer< no role > , that she appeared and Pleaded
at the same Session and a Recognizance was then Entered into
by two Sureties for her personal appearance at this present
to prosecute her Traverse to the said Indictment with effect
And this Deponent further Saith that she hath made and
caused to be made dilig [..] Enquiry in order to find the abovenamed
prosecutrix to Serve her with the Notice of Trial hereunto annexed
but that she hath not been able so to do or even to find the
place of her present abode
