On the Prosecution of Jonn Daniel< no role > for an Assault

Take Notice that Intend personally to be and appear
at the next Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King to be
holden at the Sessions House Clerkenwell Green in and for the County
of Middlesex on Monday the Eleventh Day of January next
between the Hours of Nine and Ten of the Clock in the forenoon
of the same Day and then and there Plead Not Guilty to, and
Try my Traverse on the Indictment preferred by you against
me in last October Session for an Assault
