Take Notice that I shall
personally be and appear at the next General
Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the
County of Middlesex at the Session House for
the said County on Monday the Eleventh day
of January next at the hour of Nine in
the forenoon and then and there prosecute my
Traverse with Effect to the Indictment preferred
by you against me for an Assault Dated
this 5th. day of January 1790
