It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal
Between The Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Heston
in the
County of Middlesex
Appellants and the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Ealing
in the said County Respondents touching the settlement of Francis

with Mary< no role >
his Wife
and their Four Children the Eldest named Sarah< no role >
aged Twelve
years the Second named Mary< no role >
aged Nine years the third named Hannah< no role >
aged Five
years and the youngest named Ann< no role >
aged Two Years and a half which stood duly
adjourned unto this Session Do stand further adjourned untill the next General Quarter
Session of the peace to be holden for this County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be
given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Ealing
they and all
persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the
Fifteenth day of January next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear
and abide the judgement and determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
